Pinnacle Machining, LLC, based in the city of Fort Collins along the front range of the Rocky Mountains in northern Colorado, is a premier precision machine shop serving a number of industries. We have over two decades of experience and operate a state-of-the-art Haas Super Mini 3-Axis milling machine. We work with all types of aluminum alloys (6061, 7075, etc.), all types of steel, titanium, plastics, brass, copper, and carbon fiber (plate and extruded). We do work for a variety of industries and can do prototype, short, and long-run jobs. We welcome both prime and subcontracting work.

Our precision 3-axis Haas CNC milling machine cuts to a tolerance of .0001 (1/10,000th) of an inch. Running a 15 horsepower, 3-phase motor, the milling machine has a spindle speed of up to 10,000 RPM and has a 16 inch X-axis travel, a 12 inch Y-axis travel, and a 10 inch Z-axis travel.
